So guys, I was inspired by Jessica's post a few weeks ago, offering these printable to-do lists. I wanted to put mine somewhere I could always see it and easily change it up, so I grabbed some dollar store frames (because they are cheap and because they are so light weight!) and hot glued magnets on the back of them so that they can be on my fridge at all times! That way I can write in dry-erase marker on them each week and then erase and begin again.
I used a roll of magnet tape I got at Wal-Mart a while ago, it's sticky on the back but I found that it wasn't sticky enough to actually stay with the frame so I hot glued it on as you see above. Then I added my printable. The other frame you see up at the top I just put some cute scrapbook paper in for decoration. I think I might try to add another one with a personal photo, and one to put my work schedule on as well. I feel like my kitchen has had a whole makeover just by cleaning off the fridge of all the other magnets and giving it some usefulness!
This was so easy and only cost $1 per frame! Love this kind of project.

Very cute idea wish my fridge was magnetic I would do this in a heart beat. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a super idea! What a great way to keep it looking neat and organized!
ReplyDeleteI love this project, tried something similar but I think the ratio of magnetic strips to the size of the frame didn't work. Will try again now!

This is so cute! Can't wait to try it, my fridge front needs some cute organization!
ReplyDeleteI would love it if you would share this at the Smart Solutions linky party. You can link up here:

Have a great day!
Love it! I have a mini heart attack every morning when I see the cluttered fridge. I'm so doing this for the soccer schedule and kids' art from school.
