What I am about to share with you is my very favorite dessert. Seriously. I have it every single year on my birthday, and since yesterday was Mother's Day and I am a mother now, we had it for dessert. It is the best ice cream cake ever. I totally meant to take a picture of it piled up in my bowl too, but I think my subconscious was two embarrassed to show you all how much I ate.
It is so simple, I die over it.
Ingredients:
1 carton mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 carton oreos (works best with regular ones)
1 small tub whipped topping
Crumble up oreos. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour in 9x13 inch pan and freeze overnight.

DeleteThis is SO funny that you posted this today .. cause this is our FHE treat for tonight! SO easy to make. I used a half a stick of butter and mixed it with the cookie crumbs - so that they stick together better. SUPER EASY! Thanks for your blog - I LOVE it!!
