Sometimes you just get lucky at the thrift store. This particular day, I found this striped shirt in the maternity section of all places! I had been looking for one like it for a long time. I just did a quick little take-in on it and voila, I had a new favorite shirt.
I also found three new purses that day, and an awesome chair. I tried to take pictures of the other two but they were too shiny, and I am still working on learning how to take better pictures. But the one pictured above is my favorite. Total cost of my new outfit? $5.00
This is one of my favorite things to do. I love good fashion and always feel good about finding a treasure even though I may have to take it in, add a ruffle, hem it or change the belt. Besides looking good I have helped the budget making it all that more satisfying!
